6 stiches in foot

NO RUNNING ,as i have cut foot open,had to get 6 stiches last night......have been watching world masters results...i will keep my thoughts to my self

shit of a day

What a day ,SPENT,the day drinking and walking arond old FACTORYS and looking for a place to live......MY mate ANTON put petrol in my car and got me some MAC BURGERS so i didnt starve.....any way hope the rich are HAPPY and the POOR are TRUE.......

i didnt run 235km this week

thats right i didnt run 235km this week ,and i didnt win a major marathon,all i did was be a BUM....my life is so fucked i need help and i got no on to talk too.my life is so fucked up...i love di and i love my baby GIRL...i have a lot of people that love me ,but i cant control the demons

ground hog day

have missed a few days of running ..raced last sat in the GERRY THOMAS 5KM,WHANTED TO RUN UNDER 17M ,i ran 17m00,very sad to think i was 3m11sec of my best,....ran yesterday about 5km.SORRY TO ALL MY FANS,but this is very hard for me to keep up this training,but i have to keep trying...i think i need to start writing my book soon...THE book is about a young boy from the western suburbs ,who had a dream of winning the biggest foot race in the world,and at the same time he had to fight away the demons of life.........
