20 min up/down, 5 x 1km on road at Di's.
3.01, 3.03, 3.05, 3.03, 3.07. (2 hilly, 3 flat). Felt flat in legs -> TT on road last Thurs, Sat, Tues taking a toll (usu. don't run on road that much).

I felt like I trained hard. D thinks I should be doing longer reps. (*chortle*) To be continued.

Or more. 10x1k if you want a mara PB. And more kms per week. Sell is doing 256+ for a good mara. You should do at least 160.
