felt fat and hairy
PM..1HR3M run around WYOMING hill loop,time trial from crazy man house to top of hill gate,5m17..felt slugish and fat ,just like those joggers you see running on the foot path with hairy legs and BO,ANY WAY RUN DONE.......by the way the ALDI bike shorts feal better then my NIKE,ANDonly cost$4.99

Start of the big build up
AM...easy 15km bike ride
PM..Easy 31m run in bush at Wyoming...i cant believe i have challenged the fastest ever 6foot track runner ever, i am an idiot, i am going to treat this challenge like the Tour de France - Armstrong versus Cantador..But I can only say I am hearing the lambs at night at the moment. I need to get my old team back together, my domestics for training and most importantly The Black Wiggle - the greatest 6Foot coach I ever have had, 3 training programmes for 3 victories.........

another day in this uncontrollable cycle
unfortunately to all my friends i didnt get a run done today. But more importantly to my best friend di i let her and myself down. Ive been drinking since 1 o clock today and it doesnt matter how many major races ive won i still feel like the biggest bum. to all my friends who have rang me today (both of you) thank you for caring and i love you's both. i am determined to beat this terrible disease and i'll hopefully sign on again tomorrow...p.s if your not a dog lover get a life.

PM. 5km warm up on track Mingara, in reverse way of going - 26m46. Then 2 x 1km 3m39. 200m recovery 3m45. 1km warm down in reverse - 5m17. All up 8.5km. Enjoyed session.
