Paul, Good Luck on taking down the Sleep Train, by March 2010 he will be in sub 3hrs 5mins... The 2009 race was just a prelude to what he is capable of doing (to you).
I have to say, I just don't get this sledging thing that guys do over their sport. That said, I'm sure, looking at the training he gets through, and the obvious enjoyment he gets from challenging himself via the sport, Sleep Train may well be capable of an even better run in next year's 6FT. BUT, Bananaman, this blog is one that you need to apply your brain to a bit. Read the lines, and then read between them. The running really isn't the main focus at all. Good luck to you and your bananas, the spiders can be nasty.
