one day only
since my injury i have missed 1 day of training......have to keep running ......bottle has a hold on me at the moment.....drinking makes me relacks.....but i think its a slow death..anyway i did my first session today in 2weeks...3*1km leg feels good..i think i will run NSW cross country champs in NOWRA..i run just solid but not flat out.........thanks for reading my BLOG

Well done on the run today, glad you made the trip down to Nowra, and you got through the run in once piece. Your 35+ team got gold, BTW, as did the men's 45+ team.
As for the rest of it, there are alternatives to drinking, but you have to be brave enough to try.
