Meanwhile, back at the track...

Am - 8 k easy.

Pm - 5 k up / down.
15 x 200m at track. Felt strong in floats, so worked them.

Warmup went past KFC. For a split sec I had to choose between pigout and training. Chose the track session. End of the session confirmed to me why I hate running on the track.
